This photo is of Kari Amundson, one of my fellow peers in COM 242 Photo Journalism as we taking photos for cutline practice in class a few weeks ago. I just love how I was able to take the photo at just the right time, capturing the action.
This is a self portrait of me, posing in alongside my Flagler College license plate to show my Flagler College pride.
This photo here is a photo of an in class exercise that we did on trying to make our subject look dark and the background look lighter then the subject.
After looking at this photo several times, I feel that I did a really nice job taking this photo. Its a hard photo to do considering how you have to position yourself with the sunlight for the photo to come out this way.
I took this photo using my Kodak ZD710 Easy Share Camera.
The photo you see at the top of the page in the header is a picture of Castillo de San Marcos National Monument here in St. Augustine, Fla. This photo was taken as a panoramic portrait during the Summer of 2008 using my Kodak ZD710 Easy Share Camera. This photo is probably one of the best photos I have ever taken personally.
